Jay Bahd (real name Jackson Kwadwo Bawuah) is a Ghanaian drill/Asakaa rapper from Kumasi, known as one of the key figures in the Kumerica/Asakaa movement. He rose to prominence with tracks like his feature on Yaw Tog’s “Sore” and his own song “Condemn.”
The Explicit Video Incident
In March 2021, an explicit video involving Jay Bahd circulated widely on social media and WhatsApp. In the clip, he is seen receiving oral sex from a woman whose face was not clearly shown.
Reports at the time indicated the video spread after being shared from a phone (some accounts said it was sent by the woman involved or leaked via WhatsApp statuses). Jay Bahd himself addressed the backlash on Twitter/X, posting that he “only sex to release stress” and showing little public regret.
The video became one of the more talked-about celebrity intimate clips in Ghanaian entertainment circles at the time and is still occasionally referenced when people search “Jay Bahd azigi” or similar terms.
Current Status
As of mid-August 2026, there does not appear to be a major new leaked video involving Jay Bahd dominating Ghanaian social media in the same way recent cases (such as Oteele) have. Searches for “Jay Bahd azigi” largely point back to the 2021 incident or older discussions.
Jay Bahd has continued releasing music, including projects like Beast Mode Vol. 1 and other Asakaa-influenced tracks, and remains active in the Ghanaian drill scene.
Note: I do not have, provide, or distribute any explicit video. Sharing non-consensual intimate material is illegal. The responsible approach is not to circulate such content.
